Returns Policy

Tannous Innovations believes firmly in fair commerce and strives for the highest level of customer service. Please carefully read our policies outlined below.
Return Policy
New Product Returns
Tannous Innovations will provide a full refund for unopened products for up to 30 days from the date of receipt.   Customer will be required to pay the return shipping and a 5% restocking fee based on value of returned products. Refunds will be issued after unit is received in our warehouse and confirmed to have been unopened.
Used Product returns
Tannous Innovations does not refund used products.  If used products are shipped to us as a return, customer will not be refunded and will be required to pay shipping if they desire to have the used unit re-delivered.
Defective Product returns
Tannous Innovations takes pride in standards of quality and craftsmanship. If your products are defective, your issue will be handled promptly and professionally.   Please see our warranty policy below to understand what is covered under the warranty provided.
Shipping Fees
Tannous Innovations provides free return shipping for issues occuring in the first 30 days after purchase.  After 30 days customer will be required to pay shipping for product warranty repair.
1 Year Limited Consumer Warranty
Limited Warranty Coverage
This warranty is only available to consumers.  Applications of continuous use void this warranty.  If your products do not work properly because of a defect in materials or workmanship, Tannous Innovations, LLC (referred to as “the warrantor”) provides you with a (1) year limited warranty from the purchase date found on the sales receipt. During this time period the warrantor will, at its discretion entirely, either (a) repair your product with new or refurbished parts, or (b) replace your product entirely.
Limited Warranty Limits and Exclusions
This warranty applies to consumers only and DOES NOT APPLY to applications of continuous use. The coverage made by the warrantor ONLY INCLUDES failures due to defects in materials or workmanship, and DOES NOT INCLUDE normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage. This warranty DOES NOT INCLUDE any decay of filter components. It is the responsibility of the user to replace filters. This warranty also DOES NOT INCLUDE damages which occurred in shipment, or failures which are caused by products or accessories not supplied by the warrantor, or failures which result from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, maladjustments of consumer controls, improper maintenance, power line surges, modification, continuous use, rental use of the product, service by anyone other than authorized personnel or damage that is attributable to acts of God.
THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES EXCEPT AS LISTED UNDER “LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE.” THE WARRANTOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT. 

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.   THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL STATUTORY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the exclusions may not apply to you.
90 Day Limited Cafe Warranty
Limited Warranty Coverage
This warranty is available to service establishments.  If your products do not work properly because of a defect in materials or workmanship, Tannous Innovations, LLC (referred to as “the warrantor”) provides you with a (90) day limited warranty from the purchase date found on the sales receipt. During this time period the warrantor will, at its discretion entirely, either (a) repair your product with new or refurbished parts, or (b) replace your product entirely.
All other exclusions of the consumer warranty apply to this warranty.
 
Instruction and Contact
In the event of a product return, repair or replacement under warranty, the owner is responsible for the transportation of the unit to the facility of the warrantor. The repaired or new model will be returned at the expense of the warrantor.
